Thanks to the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, you can securely transmit the credit card number, the validity date, the name of the cardholder (name appearing as it is on the credit card) and the cryptogram on the back of the card. Your credit card details are encrypted thanks to the SSL protocol and never pass in clear on the network.
My Freedom Bra has no access to these details and does not keep them on its servers.
Once your order and payment have been validated, we will try to prepare your order as quickly as possible.
This is why your request for modification or cancellation of your order must be made as soon as possible to our customer service.
If your order is already being shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to intervene.
You may return any product that you are not entirely satisfied with within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of the product ordered on My Freedom Bra website.
However, for reasons of hygiene, underwear cannot be returned within the 30-day right of return. Consequently, underwear will not be taken back or exchanged.
If you have decided to return a product, it must not have been worn and you must keep it in its original condition.
